These Terms govern anchormyself.com and virtual group therapy from Anchor Myself (“we,” “us,” “our”). Site use or enrollment means you agree.

SERVICES AND ELIGIBILITY
Anchor Myself provides virtual group therapy facilitated by licensed therapists for adults 18+ in locations confirmed during intake. Groups do not replace individual therapy, medical care, psychiatry, or emergency services.
EMERGENCIES
We do not provide emergency or crisis care. Call 911, call or text 988 in the U.S., or go to the nearest emergency room. Do not use email or forms for immediate crisis response.
GROUP GUIDELINES
Treat members respectfully; keep identities and disclosures confidential; attend privately; do not record without written permission; and follow facilitator guidance. Violations may result in removal.
PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION
Pricing is about $200/month, private pay, subject to change. We are not accepting insurance. Payment uses a third-party processor. Cancellation and refund policy: TO BE CONFIRMED before enrollment; current terms appear at checkout.
TECHNOLOGY AND LIABILITY
Sessions are weekly by video; you provide a compatible device and connection. Content belongs to Anchor Myself or licensors. Services are “as is”; outcomes are not guaranteed. Liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law and will not exceed amounts paid in the prior three months.
LAW AND CHANGES
Illinois law governs except mandatory protections where you live. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version; unenforceable provisions do not affect the remainder.
