Group Coaching Programs That Meet You Where You Are

At Anchor, we understand that healing looks different for everyone. That’s why our group therapy programs are designed to support a range of emotional needs and life experiences—whether you’re working through trauma, managing anxiety, navigating depression, or building DBT skills to help you regulate and relate.

Each group is led by an experienced therapist and rooted in evidence-based approaches. You’ll meet once a week in a confidential virtual setting, alongside others who understand what it’s like to carry what you carry.

This isn’t surface-level support. It’s real, structured care—plus check-ins, prompts, and daily nudges to help you stay connected between sessions.

Explore our current offerings below and find the group that fits where you are right now.
