Anxiety Relief Group
Anxiety can steal sleep, shrink your world, and leave you bracing for the next wave. Anchor Myself’s Anxiety Relief Group offers weekly, therapist-led virtual group therapy where you learn practical tools and connect with people who understand.
You do not have to explain everything on day one. You just have to show up; we will help you build steadiness from there.
Who it’s for
Adults 18+ whose anxiety affects daily life, work, or relationships, including:
- Racing or looping thoughts
- Avoidance that keeps life smaller than you want
- Physical tension, restlessness, or constant what-if scanning
- Difficulty settling even when things are objectively okay
No diagnosis is required to explore fit. Intake helps confirm the group is appropriate.
