Anchored Together. Discover What’s Possible When You’re Not Alone.
At Anchor, healing starts with connection. Our evidence-based group therapy model helps you move forward emotionally, mentally, and spiritually by addressing the root causes of feeling stuck. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, or seeking the practical tools of DBT, we create a safe and supportive space where transformation happens together. With the strength of community and the guidance of expert facilitators, you’re not just coping. You’re growing, changing, and healing in ways that last.

Why Anchor?
Because healing in connection is powerful. Each of our groups meets weekly over secure video, bringing together individuals who understand what it means to carry fear, fatigue, or emotional weight. Together, you’ll learn practical tools, reflect on patterns, and practice showing up for yourself and others.
You don’t have to explain everything. You don’t have to go deep before you’re ready. You just have to show up. The rest can unfold.

How It Works
Getting started is simple.
After meeting briefly with our intake team, you’ll choose your group and select a session time that works for your schedule. Meetings are held with your group weekly in a private, virtual setting. In between sessions, you’ll have access to prompts, check-ins, and tools that help you stay grounded.
You don’t need a diagnosis. You don’t need insurance yet (though it’s coming). You just need to take the first step.

- Anxiety
- Trauma & PTSD
- Depression
